How do I become a Lavley retailer?

Where are your products made?
Our products are designed by super-talented artists right here in the USA! Each item is then brought to life with care and precision by our skilled manufacturing partners in China and India. It's a global collaboration of creativity and craftsmanship just for you!
What's your wholesale order minimum?
$150 opening order minimum. $100 order minimum on subsequent orders.
How are your products prepped for wholesale?
Most of our products come in convenient six-packs. Our socks are specially prepared to hang at half-length, saving valuable retail space. Plus, all our items come with UPC barcodes for easy scanning.
Do you sell on Faire?
Yes! If you are a retailer registered on Faire you can place orders through our Faire Store.
Do you plan on attending any trade shows this year?
Absolutely! We love being part of the action at the Las Vegas Summer and Winter Markets, and you can also catch us at the Rocky Mountain Gift Show. For a complete list of the events we'll be attending, check out our event page. Got a show in mind that's not on our list? Give us a holler and we'll see if we can make it happen!
Can I list your products on my website?
Approved brick-and-mortar customers can list Lavley products on their business website, but must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price policy. Lavley strictly prohibits retailers from selling Lavley products on Amazon, EBay, Walmart or any other online marketplace.
Shipping / Returns
What method do you use to ship orders?
We ship from Denver, CO using UPS and USPS ground services. Prefer FedEx? No problem! Just provide your FedEx account number, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you're in the area, feel free to swing by and pick up your order at our local warehouse between 9am-4:30pm MT on weekdays. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Confirmed orders ship within 2-3 business days from Denver, CO. For US Mainland orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery on all UPS ground shipments once the order is confirmed. Expedited shipping is available and may be provided upon request. Shipping fees will be added to invoices at cost.

What is your refund/return policy?
At Lavley, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! If you receive a product that's defective, damaged, or if we made a little oopsie, we've got your back. Just give us a shout within five business days of delivery, and we'll sort it out for you.
Keep in mind, though, if you've held onto your Lavley goodies for more than 15 business days, we won't be able to accept a return. But don't worry, exchanges are totally possible on a case-by-case basis!
Exchanges approved by Lavley will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs chargeable to the customer. All returns and exchanges require our written approval before you send anything back our way. We're here to help make things right!
Can I ship on my account?
Yes! When you submit the order please select Ship On My Account for your shipping option. If your shipping account info is not already in our system, please provide the necessary info in your Order Notes.
How do I track my order status?
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships. You can also login to your Customer Account and view tracking info within the customer portal.
Do you ship internationally?
All international order requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Additional handling and shipping fees will apply.
Invoicing / Payments
When will my credit card be charged?
For your convenience, credit card payments are pre-authorized and will be charged at the time of fulfillment, unless you have been provided with specific payment terms.
The shipping price initially quoted is 10% of your order total. The actual shipping costs will be calculated during order processing.
For wholesale orders to Alaska and Hawaii, international shipping rates will apply.
Where can I view my invoice?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you a handy link to download your invoice. But wait, there's more! You can also grab your invoice anytime you like from your Customer Account portal. Just log in right here, head over to the Orders section, and voilà – you'll see a link to download the invoice for each of your orders.

Do you accept Net Terms?
To keep things smooth and easy, we ask that all orders be pre-paid unless you've already got the green light for payment terms. You can pay with your trusty credit card, Paypal, or even a good old-fashioned check. If you're interested in payment terms, they're available based on your credit approval and order history.
Can I save my payment information?
Absolutely! We utilize Shopify's secure payment gateway to make online payments a breeze. Plus, you can save your payment information for a quicker checkout next time.
How do I pay my invoice?
To pay your invoice, you can click the link in your order confirmation email. You can also pay an invoice at any time by logging into your customer account, navigating to Orders and select Order Status. If you've been provided with Net Terms, we will send an email reminder when payment is due or if it is overdue. The email will also provide a link to submit payment.

Can I get more than one fixture for free?
Yes, you can receive both a tabletop fixture and a floor fixture for free, provided you meet the order minimum for each. Due to current website limitations, we kindly ask that you place a separate order if you wish to request an additional fixture. Additional fixtures may be available on a case-by-case basis, especially if your store operates multiple retail locations.
