LOW ORDER MINIMUM

$150 opening order minimum. $100 order minimum on subsequent orders.

PAYMENT INFO

All orders must be pre-paid, unless you have been pre-approved for payment terms. Payments can be made by credit card, Paypal or check. Checks over $500 must clear before shipments are released. Terms are available and contingent upon credit approval and order history. 

SHIPPING

Confirmed orders ship within 2-3 business days from Denver, CO. For US Mainland orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery on all UPS ground shipments once the order is confirmed. Expedited shipping is available and may be provided upon request. Shipping fees will be added to invoices at cost. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international order requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Additional handling and shipping fees will apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Lavley accepts returns for defective or damaged products or if an error was made by Lavley. To qualify for a refund, please let us know of any issues within five business days of delivery. Lavley products held for longer than 15 business days will not be accepted for returns. Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis.  Exchanges approved by Lavley will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs chargeable to the customer. All returns and exchanges require written approval by Lavley before the product is shipped back to Lavley. 

INTERESTED IN SELLING OUR PRODUCTS ONLINE?

Approved brick-and-mortar customers can list Lavley products on their business website, but must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price policy. Lavley strictly prohibits retailers from selling Lavley products on Amazon, EBay, Walmart or any other online marketplace. 

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored. All socks come pre-packaged for retail display. Any requested changes to our standard retail presentation or packaging may incur additional costs.
